Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Solution Architect with strong expertise in Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management . The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead functional design and delivery for Global HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations
• Configure Core HR, Absence plans/accruals, and Talent processes - Goals and Performance, Career and Succession
• Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports (OTBI), HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Oracle Fusion
• Talent management
• Any graduate
