What you'll do

  • Lead development of high-performance reusable FPGA architectures for various product lines
  • Lead DO-254 compliance and certification activities for FPGA-based avionics products, providing technical leadership across planning, development, verification
  • Drive compliance with DO-254 processes and coordinate with engineering, quality, and certification teams to support successful product certification
  • Work closely with systems engineers, hardware designers, embedded software teams, and test/validation groups to ensure cohesive product development
  • Lead timing closure strategies and performance optimizations to meet real-time latency, throughput, and power requirements
