Senior Principal - Investment & Portfolio Manager

About the role

The Investment & Portfolio Manager runs the enterprise portfolio governance and planning cycle for DPTF. The role operates the prioritisation framework set by the Director, Planning & Performance.

What you'll do

• Operate the enterprise portfolio governance process for DPTF, running the intake, assessment and approval route through which technology demand enters the portfolio
• Coordinate and facilitate the quarterly planning cycle, working through the federated Domain Portfolio Managers so that domain planning feeds the enterprise cycle to a…
• Structure and analyse incoming demand against the agreed prioritisation criteria of value, risk, capacity, strategic fit and OKR alignment
• Run business case governance, checking that proposals carry credible scope, cost profiles, delivery estimates and benefit profiles before they reach a funding decision
• Collect the inputs required for prioritisation from business stakeholders and platform and domain leadership
