Senior Principal - Portfolio Manager – RE & Ops

About the role

The Portfolio Manager for Reliability Engineering & Operations and the Automation Acceleration Hub runs portfolio management for both domains. The role aggregates and manages domain demand, sequences delivery against strategy and capacity, consolidates delivery, cost and roadmap information, and gives domain leadership a clear view of what is being delivered and when.

What you'll do

• Run portfolio management for Reliability Engineering & Operations and the Automation Acceleration Hub, covering demand, prioritisation
• Aggregate and manage domain demand, structuring it against the central prioritisation criteria of value, risk, capacity, strategic fit and OKR alignment
• Sequence delivery against strategy, capacity and dependencies, giving domain leadership a clear view of what is being delivered and when
• Feed the domain portfolio into the enterprise view maintained by the Investment & Portfolio Manager, applying central standards so the data is comparable across domains
• Consolidate delivery, cost and roadmap information for both domains, working with the domain Tech Finance Manager on the cost picture
