Senior Process Analyst – Human Resource Operations – Learning Administration

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting, compliance tracking, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of learning operations. Ensures accurate learning records and seamless learner experience across global learning programs.

What you'll do

• Responsible for end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting
• Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS
• Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self-paced programs
• Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment
• Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions
