Senior Process Associate

About the role

Process corporate and commercial banking servicing requests accurately and within agreed timelines and accuracy. Maintain complete case records, validate customer instructions and coordinate with relationship managers and specialist teams.

What you'll do

• Log and track requests; identify the correct customer, account, product and servicing route
• Support new/additional account opening: check documentation, coordinate KYC queries, prepare business banking account opening
• Validate mandates and signatories for corporate and commercial banking account maintenance, address/name changes, closures and electronic-banking requests
• Investigate transactions, statements, cheques and unpaid direct debits; process standing-order requests and payment queries within permissions for current accounts
• Apply RM-approved lending amendments; complete four-eyes and subsequent-day checks without making credit decisions
