Senior Process Associate

About the role

As a Senior Process Associate, you will be a key leader within the StavPay Business Process Operations team (“BPO”), serving as a strategic partner to our clients’ accounting and finance leadership. You will own the end-to-end client experience, drive process excellence, and work closely with product, technology, and client stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own and oversee all aspects of client operations, serving as the primary point of accountability for service delivery and client satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices within StavPay. Oversee review of OCR data input, allocation methodology design
• Lead timely resolution and escalation of complex client issues, exercising sound judgment to determine risk and appropriate response
• Partner with IT, Product, and Client teams to drive process standardization, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across clients, internal teams, Development, and Business Analysis
