About the role

What you'll do

• Own and design complex, high-impact product experiences including investment journeys, transaction flows, portfolio dashboards, and discovery interfaces
• Translate ambiguous product and business challenges into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions
• Define and uphold a high design quality bar across the organisation through hands-on execution and review
• Mentor and guide designers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong design thinking across outputs
