Senior Product Designer

About the role

Sellers today jump between a dozen tools to prepare for a meeting, run a deal, and keep buyers engaged. You'll own a piece of the experience sellers use every day to prepare and win their deals, and set the direction for where it goes next. You'll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Content Design, on state of the art AI powered experiences, from problem framing through launch.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for the seller's daily experience, from problem framing and research through prototypes, high-fidelity design, and post-launch iteration
• Break ambiguous problems into clear bets and a sequenced plan that product and engineering can act on
• Design AI-native experiences where recommended practice and training, generated content, and conversational interfaces earn the seller's trust and leave them in control
• Design for multiple roles, looking at the same account (enablement admins, sales reps, managers, and buyers), each seeing what they need
• Create patterns and frameworks that keep experiences consistent across surfaces and channels, and contribute them back to the design system
