About the role

Own portfolio P&L and unit economics; drive lifecycle levers; design affluent collections with Risk; govern benefit costs and migrations; and deliver disciplined MIS, forecasting and reviews. Portfolio P&L stewardship and unit-economics governance Lifecycle growth levers (activation, usage, spend deepening, attrition reduction)

What you'll do

  • Build unit-level metrics and P&L with Finance
  • Prepare monthly portfolio MIS (spends, activation, attrition)
  • Ensure timely monthly budgeting and provisioning
  • Track partner-led product costs and profitability (e.g., Maharaja Points)
  • Rewards economics and breakage modelling with periodic ROI reviews and benefit rationalization cycles (quarterly/annual)
