Senior Product Manager - Data Platform

About the role

MoEngage's Data Charter sits at the core of how customer data flows into, through, and out of the platform — spanning ingestion, storage, quality, governance, and interoperability with the broader customer data ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Be the authoritative voice on the data platform's architecture, capabilities, and constraints — enabling other product teams to build confidently on top of it
• Partner with engineering to define scalable, reliable architecture for high-volume event and profile data pipelines, balancing latency, cost, and correctness
• Drive data governance and compliance requirements (data retention, archival, encryption, and privacy regulations like GDPR/DPDP) into product decisions
• Work closely with enterprise customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
