Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Windows + Devices Fundamentals team builds and operates data platforms and backend services that help teams improve Windows performance, power efficiency, and reliability. We connect signals from labs and the installed base to trustworthy metrics, actionable diagnostics, and measurable improvements in responsiveness, battery life, memory efficiency, and device health.

What you'll do

• Partner on schema evolution, data quality, freshness, privacy, and access control so downstream consumers can trust and use the data
• Use SQL/KQL and statistical reasoning to investigate metric movements, distinguish regressions from measurement changes, and guide investments
• Define safe-release criteria and balance new capabilities with service health, security, compliance, and learning from live-site incidents
• Connect insights to prioritized engineering action and track whether changes improve customer scenarios
• Measure adoption, diagnostic effectiveness, time saved, and impact on Windows fundamentals

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• SQL
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
