About the role

Senior Product Manager (Technical) - Case Management at Zinnia. Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Zinnia’s case-management capabilities across the new-business and underwriting workflow - intake, requirements gathering.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams and manage technical and business requirements end to end
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met, evaluate product performance, and transition features from development to commercialization
• Define delivery and deployment timelines for new product, feature, maintenance, and corrective/service-pack releases
• Ensure the technology and architectural roadmap aligns with and supports the product and business roadmap
• Act as a customer liaison on technical matters related to product integration, custom development, and requirements
