What you'll do

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes, ensuring alignment with product standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing recipes
• Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOPs and identify deviations or gaps
• Drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to close identified process gaps and prevent recurrence
• Drive implementation of Quality Management (QM) pillar steps across the factory to strengthen quality culture and process discipline
• Monitor process adherence through defined KPIs and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure sustained compliance

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
