Senior Production Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Trade Support Engineer to own the day-to-day stability of our trading platform. This is a hands-on production role sitting between the trading desk, engineering, and the exchanges - you will be the first line of defence when order flow behaves unexpectedly, and the person who makes sure it doesn't happen twice.

What you'll do

• Own start-of-day readiness: exchange connectivity, session logins, reference and static data, risk limit loads, market data feeds, and go/no-go sign-off before the open
• Monitor order flow, fills, rejects, and latency in real time; investigate and resolve issues on live trading systems during market hours
• Act as first point of contact for traders on order state, execution discrepancies, connectivity problems, and platform behaviour
• Run end-of-day processes: trade capture, drop-copy reconciliation, position and P&L checks, break investigation, and downstream file delivery
• Incident and problem management

What you need

• 7–11 yrs of experience
• Linux
• Troubleshooting
• Python
• SQL
• Bash
• Reconciliation
• Any graduate

Good to have

• C++
• Grafana
• Prometheus
• Elasticsearch
