Senior Program Manager, Global Catalog Operations

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you manage significantly complex initiatives that cut across multiple teams. You drive clarity in extremely ambiguous situations, where even the strategy itself may not be defined. You work with multiple teams across various orgs in Amazon to drive programs to closure. You make trade off calls and proactively escalate potential risks to leadership and strive to put contingencies in place.

• Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Project management
• MBA or BBA
