• Create and execute highly engaging partner programs for mutual fund distributors to drive the growth and wellness of partners
• Understand the core philosophy behind the partner program and make sure the right chords are hit with partners
• Measure the adoption of each program and build a partner lifecycle journey with the right checks
• Build good relationships with sales and business functions and align teams with the business goals
• Conduct offline and online programs for partners and translate each interaction into an ROI-driven model
