About the role

Lead the Engineering IT team responsible for delivering scalable Validation Solutions across the automotive V-Cycle. Drive developer productivity, validation automation, AI-enabled engineering, and modern toolchains that accelerate Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) development while improving quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.

What you'll do

Own the roadmap and delivery of Validation Engineering IT solutions supporting SiL , HiL , XiL , simulation, testing, and release validation ecosystems
Lead and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, DevOps engineers, platform specialists, and solution architects
Drive modernization of validation platforms through cloud, automation, AI, and DevOps practices
Improve the developer journey by enabling self-service, integrated toolchains, and AI-powered engineering solutions
Collaborate with MB.OS , E/E, Powertrain, and Vehicle Integration teams to deliver business value
