About the role

By joining the global Airbus BC (Cross-Programme) organization as a founding member of the newly created Airbus PM Office in India , you will play a pivotal role in operating projects, programmes, portfolios, and performance management to enable efficient decision-making and execution with a high level of PM standard.

• Structuring Governance & Performance Tracking: Define, establish, and maintain a standardized global performance tracking framework to drive transparency and remove…
• Lead governance routines, performance reviews, and executive reporting cycles for transnational stakeholders
• Hybrid Methodology Enforcer & Standardizer (Waterfall/LBiP & Agile/SAFe): Architect, deploy
• Define clear interaction models between traditional milestone gates (LBIP) and SAFe Program Increments (PI Planning), System Demos, and Value Stream alignments
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on PM standards, providing coaching and guidelines to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, PMBPs
