Senior Project Manager-Architecture,Engineering & Construction

About the role

Directly supervise, train, and develop all team members assigned to the project engineering vertical across every tier, from entry-level engineers to team leads. Serve as the primary point of contact for initial estimating efforts on new engagements - scoping the hours and resources required for successful execution - and support the BD team on related proposal responses.

What you'll do

• Lead quantity take-offs and estimation across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to support pre-construction, bidding, and change management
• Manage the owner requisition cycle - gathering, verifying, and submitting payment requisitions to keep project billing and cash flow on schedule
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership for the project; maintain all project records and monitor correspondence
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at both the GDC and US entities
