Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Project Manager who can independently manage multiple residential interior projects from project initiation to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong project execution expertise along with proven experience in leading and managing project teams.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee multiple residential interior projects from initiation to final handover
• Plan project timelines, manpower, materials, and execution activities
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Designers, and other execution staff
• Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and ensure timely project completion
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress against planned timelines
