About the role

As a Project Manager for Power Module Product Development, you will lead complex semiconductor product development programs from concept to release, ensuring successful execution across global cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational excellence while meeting business, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead complex semiconductor product development programs from concept to release, ensuring successful execution across global cross-functional teams
• Be responsible for driving project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational excellence while meeting business, quality, cost
• Lead complex semiconductor product-development projects (Power Modules) with significant business impact
• Manage cross-functional and global teams spanning engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and manufacturing
• Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure
