About the role

Milestone is seeking a Financial Project Controls Analyst/PM to estimate IS project costs, create project forecasts (ad-hoc and quarterly) and maintain balance sheets. Create, facilitate and track IS related PO’s and invoices. Learn and follow company’s A/P process. Requires experience working with IS Projects, excellent collaboration and client facing skills, and familiarity with Agile.

What you'll do

  • Weekly meeting with Program/Project Managers/IS leads
  • Weekly review of program dashboard
  • Review and maintain IPP and PMO vault
  • Help manage/lead the weekly/Bi-weekly program dashboard meetings as and when scheduled
