Senior Proposal Engineer

About the role

As our new Senior Project Proposal Engineer, IND, you'll be managing and coordinating end-to-end proposal efforts for complex projects — from Bid/No Bid decisions through submission and negotiation — that help Grundfos deliver engineered-to-order solutions to customers across India. What you'll do

• Develop optimized technical and commercial solutions, including BOMs, costing, pricing, GA drawings, and 2D/3D designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, CSU, SCM, Product Management, Application Specialists, suppliers, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure compliant, accurate, and on-time tender submissions
• Build technical and commercial proposals by interpreting client requirements, contractual terms, and specifications
• Develop project cost models and manage inputs from suppliers and subcontractors during the tender phase

What you need
