Senior QA Engineer

About the role

The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with Aon's Eagle developers to test Eagle Pace customizations, data processing, and interfaces, as well as other backend, batch, and integration systems. Eagle Pace experience is a plus but not required; the successful candidate will be expected to learn Eagle and investment data on the job.

What you'll do

• Design, build and execute detailed test plans ,l test cases and test scripts for application enhancements, upgrades, defect fixes, and new functionality
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across applications, batch processes, and system interfaces
• Validate data accuracy and completeness using SQL, including source-to-target checks and reconciliation of processed data
• Test backend, batch, and integration processes, including inbound feeds, outbound extracts, and APIs
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, design changes, and expected outcomes
