Senior Quality Analyst

About the role

This position will structure, collect, compile, and analyze data from complaints, customer feedback, CAPAs, supplier audits and SCARs reporting to support Quality Management operational standards and metrics. It will also utilize data and reports to assess overall quality, program effectiveness, and outcomes for members and provide insight and recommendations in order to continually improve Quality Management operations.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization to support department, division, and organizational goals and objectives
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines among concurrent projects, project teams, and/or management staff
• Partner with internal customers to define business needs and issues and translate ideas into effective strategies and action plans for various types of stakeholders
• Develop metrics, research designs, and reports using business rules and requirements
• Collect and summarize performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and present findings
