Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

This role is embedded within a product engineering team and focuses on scalable automation, high-quality releases, and stronger testing practices across the SDLC. The ideal candidate has strong technical automation experience and prior exposure to post-trade processing, reconciliation, and margin products in a broker-dealer or clearing environment.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Cucumber (BDD), and RestAssured
• Build and execute automated tests across API, event/messaging (Kafka, queue-based integrations), and data layers, with UI coverage where applicable
• Validate end-to-end post-trade workflows, including trade settlement, positions and cash, corporate actions, options lifecycle (exercise, assignment, expiration)
• Create test plans, scenarios, and regression suites for financial systems, including migration and parallel-run validation
• Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
