What you'll do

• Support our clients in capturing, validating and curating cost data at various project stages, including two-stage award, and upon project completion
• This will involve the reviewing of cost data provided by contractors as part of tender returns and final accounts against the clients Work Breakdown Structure
• Manage the data base of costs to ensure it remains fit for purpose, including normalising for inflation, and changes to asset standard changes
• Additionally, you will support our teams in undertaking analysis’ to understand and predict trends
• Analyse project data and technical drawings to extract relevant cost and carbon information

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Quantity estimation
• Construction
• SQL
• Power BI
• Python
• R
• B.Tech or B.E.
