Senior R&D Solid Insulation Material Expert - Power Transformer

About the role

Own material requirements, specifications, qualification plans, test methods, acceptance criteria and risk-based change controls for transformer solid materials. Lead material screening, supplier qualification, laboratory validation, prototype trials and factory implementation. Evaluate material-fluid compatibility, moisture behavior, aging, corrosion, dimensional stability and dielectric, thermal and mechanical performance.

What you'll do

• Evaluate material-fluid compatibility, moisture behavior, aging, corrosion, dimensional stability and dielectric, thermal and mechanical performance
• Integrate material properties into dielectric, thermal, structural, sealing and corrosion-protection design decisions

What you need

• Any graduate
