Senior Recruiter - (Talent Acquisition - US Hiring)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior recruiter with experience handling end-to-end recruiting in data engineering and advanced analytics. You will have the opportunity to hire consultants for key cutting-edge jobs in data science, AI, machine learning and analytics. Growth opportunities include building a talent team and owning the recruiting activity for a line of business or entire vertical.

What you'll do

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers
• Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
• Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
• Engage and attract talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
• Complete interview, offer, and negotiation stages in partnership with hiring managers

What you need
