Senior Regulatory Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Auditor with experience in operational, compliance, and regulatory auditing to join eBay’s Global Internal Audit team located in Bengaluru, India. This position is hybrid, requiring physical attendance at least three days each week. In this role, you will help implement regulatory and compliance-focused audits for eBay’s global payment entities.

What you'll do

• Complete regulatory audit programs, including control build and operating efficiency testing, following Internal Audit methodology
• Collaborate with Internal Audit team members across regions to implement and complete audit engagements, including working across time zones as needed
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and business risks, then convert risks into clear, actionable audit issues and recommendations
• Evaluate AI-enabled technologies and processes to identify control gaps and determine whether AI-related risks are appropriately governed and managed
• Draft audit documentation and findings, and support the preparation of clear, concise, and impactful audit reports
