Senior Relationship Manager - Debt Syndication| Mumbai

About the role

Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate. Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee. Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/Manufacturing/Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability.

What you'll do

• Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate
• Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee
• Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/Manufacturing/Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability
• Set up and manage the debt syndication desk focused on risk distribution and deal origination
• Provide syndication advisory in consultation with the Business Unit (BU) for structuring and placement strategies

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Mutual funds
• Reporting
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
