Senior Research Analyst - Power Market

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead and support the development of asset-level revenue forecasts for renewable, conventional, and storage assets across global markets. This role is specifically focused on asset revenue forecasting, requiring expertise in asset valuation and financial modelling.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee research efforts on global power markets, including trends in revenue mechanisms for all generation technologies
• Manage and mentor Research Analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and technical expertise to enhance research quality
• Conduct and oversee in-depth market analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for asset performance
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, market designs, and policy updates that impact energy assets globally
• Provide strategic market assumptions and context to support revenue forecasting models
