Senior Sales Analytics Specialist – Sales Performance Reporting and Insights

About the role

The Senior Sales Analytics Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert responsible for converting complex sales data into accurate performance reporting, actionable insights, and strategic decision support for Senior Leadership Team and C-suite stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, bookings, revenue, gross profit, forecast, target attainment, and account performance
• Identify performance trends, underlying drivers, risks, gaps, and growth opportunities using internal and external data
• Explain what has changed, why it has changed, what may happen next, and where management action is required
• Support business planning and strategic decision-making through forward-looking insights and clear recommendations
• Translate leadership questions into structured reports, metrics, scorecards, and management views
