About the role

The Salesforce Administrator owns and optimizes our Salesforce platform — a mature, heavily automated environment spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will manage significant custom configuration, a body of existing legacy automation, and numerous critical integrations (NetSuite, marketing automation, e-signature, telephony, and more).

What you'll do

System Administration & Security
Serve as the primary system administrator for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Manage user lifecycle, roles, profiles, permission sets, field-level security, and sharing rules
Support end users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation to drive adoption across departments
Automation & Process Modernization
