Senior Salesforce Administrator (Remote- India)

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize a mature, heavily automated Salesforce environment spanning Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems through scalable Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting, and integrations.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security, and sharing settings
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flow automations, including record-triggered, scheduled, screen, and HTTP callout flows
• Support the cleanup and migration of legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, operational reporting, and subscription revenue metrics (MRR/ARR/churn)
