About the role

The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst role is responsible for the translation of complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that support global commercial operations. Acting as a key link between stakeholders and technical teams, the role focuses on driving process improvements, optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives across regions.

What you'll do

• Lead the gathering and documenting of business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for significant improvement and optimization
• Develop detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Design and create process flow diagrams, data models, and other visual representations of business processes and system architecture
• Lead the configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions
