Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will ensure that the Salesforce solutions our teams rely on are accurate, thoroughly tested, and ready for change. Your work supports the systems that help us manage client relationships, proposals, and contracts, which make it possible to deliver clinical research that advances new treatments for patients.

What you'll do

• Perform regression testing, test integrations with other enterprise systems, maintain testing artifacts
• Create Visio flows that document new and existing business processes and functionality
• Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Translate requirements into effective test scenarios, identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and assess their impact on existing systems and tests
