About the role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will turn business needs into Salesforce solutions that help our teams manage the client relationships, proposals, and contracts that make clinical research possible.
What you'll do
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to communicate requirements clearly to technical teams
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce features and third-party applications to enhance business processes
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Develop UAT plans and test scenarios, and support business stakeholders with test data creation, training, and demos
- Analyze UAT results and work with development teams to address any issues
