Create Visio flows that document new and existing business processes and functionality Translate requirements into effective test scenarios, identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle Take part in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives Stay current on Salesforce releases and assess their impact on existing systems and tests
