Senior Salesforce Manager - 3 Months Contract - Octopus by RTG

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Manager to join the team on a 3-month remote contract . The role will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce initiatives, managing technical and functional teams, driving platform optimization, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee Salesforce projects, enhancements, and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery
• Manage and coordinate Salesforce developers, administrators, consultants, architects, and external partners
• Define and maintain the Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business priorities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform performance

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
