Senior SAP CPI Analyst

About the role

Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis. Focused initially on specialist end user support and resolution of issues with SAP CPI evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to support, design, develop, projects and maintaining service. With deep technical expertise in SAP CPI and integration, in a SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori first based landscape, ensuring that systems are performant and fit-for-purpose.

What you'll do

• Providing L2 and L3 support for SAP CPI
• Supporting development and architecture teams on the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP CPI
• Modernising and/or improving SAP CPI through continuous improvement
• Mentor a team of supporting engineers
• Track record of end user operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
