Senior Scientist - Plant Pathology (R&D) We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Scientist in Plant Pathology to lead critical research initiatives within our R&D division. This role is a strategic opportunity for an experienced professional to drive innovation in crop protection and contribute to sustainable agricultural advancements.

What you'll do

Lead and execute comprehensive research and development projects focused on plant pathology and crop protection
Design and conduct sophisticated laboratory and field experiments to analyze plant diseases and develop effective management strategies
Integrate principles of entomology into integrated pest management (IPM) programs to enhance overall crop health
Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights, contributing to the development of novel solutions for plant health
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to streamline the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to field validation
