About the role

The Senior Security Analyst should work as a technical SME for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are: Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate manual L1/1.5 tasks.

What you'll do

Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
Automate assigned manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. To improve productivity and efficiency
Create SOP documents for L1 service desk team
Guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for CIAM workstream

What you need

4–7 yrs of experience
IAM
SOP writing
JavaScript
B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
