About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Managed Services. You will provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) operational support, ensuring platform stability, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

  • Provide L2 and L3 operational support for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues
  • Perform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, rules, and lifecycle event troubleshooting
  • Support application onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to resolve product and integration issues
