Senior SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.

What you'll do

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
• Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — lead gen, retargeting, and traffic
• Maintain separate campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding logic for India and the US
• Create and optimize ad copy for India and U.S. audiences
• Own budget allocation across platforms and markets, shifting spend based on performance data

What you need
