Job Description – Laptop & Desktop Service Engineer
What you'll do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, Laptop QC and peripherals
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks on systems
- Handle system formatting, OS reinstallation, driver updates, and patch management
- Manage antivirus installation, updates, and malware removal
