About the role

As a Senior Service Relationship Manager in Retail Banking, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and operational support for wealth management products. Based in Hyderabad, this role involves processing applications for investment products, preparing MIS reports, and supporting Wealth Managers with data and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

  • Process applications for various investment products including Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, and Insurance
  • Prepare MIS reports for sales performance of Wealth Managers
  • Generate business reports in the system and ensure zero rejections in application processing
  • Prepare portfolio and Morningstar reports for customer portfolio reviews
  • Ensure all Wealth Managers hold mandatory NISM and IRDA certifications
