About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to own the day-to-day platform operations of an enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro framework. The role is hands-on and centres on building and supporting SaaS, cloud and software integrations through pre-built connectors and custom Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), configuring SAM Pro capabilities, and driving automation-led process improvements.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro integrations (40%): Build and support Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Lead SAM Pro automation and platform enhancements (20%): Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions that increase SAM Pro adoption and…
  • Perform quality assurance and solution reviews (15%): Conduct code reviews
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships (10%): Act as the liaison between the organisation, ServiceNow and third-party vendors for integration
  • Develop IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions (10%): Design, configure and develop moderate-complexity ITAM and SAM Pro solutions
