Senior ServiceNow SecOps QA Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow SecOps QA Consultant to ensure the quality of ServiceNow Security Operations implementations. You will plan and run functional, integration and regression testing across SecOps modules and integrations, and build test automation using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

What you'll do

• Create test strategies, test plans and test cases for ServiceNow SecOps implementations
• Run functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across SIR, VR and related modules
• Test integrations between ServiceNow and security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, EDR), including data flows and automated actions
• Build and maintain automated tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Log, track and manage defects, and work with developers to resolve them
